20% of the whisky is made with chocolate malt, which is more usually used for porter/stout
Designer casks are made from air-dried oak grown in the Ozarks in Missouri, filled with bourbon for 4 years, then emptied and transported to the distillery
The distillery is haunted by The White Lady
